Return or Exchange Policy

Return / Exchange Policy
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return or exchange. The return or exchange must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
Please contact jennifer@auguststate.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.

Note: Return shipping cost could be charged to customer depending on reason of return.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item. Original shipping fees may not be refundable.

Exchanges will be processed once original product is received and condition reviewed.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item is not in its original condition or if the return request is made after the 7-day return window.
